As he grew older, Harry's focus shifted from team sports to individual pursuits, particularly long-distance running. His freakishly long limbs and love for movement made him a natural for running. He now considers himself a fitness freak, with passions in ultra-running and powerlifting. His training ethos can be summed up by the phrase “Lift Strong, Run Long”.
Outside of the fitness space, Harry enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dog Gus, and playing the saxophone. He is known for his love of tattoos and funky shorts, adding to his unique personality.
