If you find yourself unable to attend a class, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Rest assured that if you inform us within this timeframe, we will automatically move your booking to your preferred date.

Additionally, we offer changing facilities and showers, ensuring that you have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable experience.

These classes are particularly popular among runners, leaving participants feeling taller and more relaxed. On the other hand, our Wednesday and Thursday classes are Ashtanga-based, offering a more intense workout. Even if you are unfamiliar with Ashtanga, we encourage you to join in, as you will quickly adapt to the postures and build strength and stamina over time.
