Prakashjot Kaur is an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor who began her yoga journey in her early teenage years with Ashtanga. After moving to England, she discovered Kundalini Yoga and decided to pursue her training as a teacher in 2012. She studied and graduated with Amrit Nam Sarovar Kundalini Yoga School, where she gained KRI Certification. Prakashjot is also trained and qualified as a Sacred Sound Healer and Gong Player with Nadi Gong - Leszek Angulski school in Poland.
Prakashjot's passion lies in the power of sound healing. She utilises a 35" Royal Tam Tam Gong, Wind Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Shanti Chimes to promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and various forms of dis-ease. The sounds generated by these instruments are a form of energy medicine that brings immense therapeutic benefits to the mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to her regular yoga classes, Prakashjot also offers a variety of workshops and ceremonies. These include the All Night Gong Bath Puja, a relaxing and rejuvenating experience where participants can sleep to the soothing sounds of gongs and Tibetan bowls. The Women's Circle is a gathering where women come together to explore their inner nature and connect with the force of Mother Nature through drumming, chanting, meditation, and sharing experiences. The Cacao Ceremony is a heart-opening experience facilitated by Pure Cacao Medicine Plant from South America, allowing participants to drink cacao, meditate, and share their experiences.
Prakashjot offers Kundalini Yoga and meditation classes both in-person and via Zoom. These classes provide a comprehensive yoga system that focuses on awareness and is considered the mother of all yogas.
