GOCCOACHING is a personal training service in Skerries, Co. Dublin, run by Gerard OConnor. Gerard has a profound passion for fitness, with almost a decade of experience in weight lifting, running, and playing football. Graduating from Image Fitness Training in 2022 with qualifications in Fitness Instruction EQF L3, Group Instruction EQF L3, and Personal Training EQF L4, Gerard is also a member of REPs Ireland.
With a friendly training style, Gerard ensures that each session is both challenging and enjoyable. He guides clients through various movements and routines, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to train effectively in a gym setting. In 2023, Gerard completed two marathons and competed in a CrossFit competition, showcasing his commitment to personal fitness goals.
In 2024, Gerard aims to compete in HYROX Madrid and finish the football season successfully with Mourne Celtic FC. Whether you're new to the gym environment or a seasoned gym-goer, GOCCOACHING is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Located at Well Fit Gym in Skerries Point Shopping Centre, free parking is available for all clients.
