Soul. Our studio is located in Goolwa, South Australia, and is dedicated to providing a space for individuals to experience flowing, mindful, and limitless movement.

At Glow Up Pilates, we understand that daily movement is not only beneficial for physical health but also for mental well-being. We aim to create an environment that fosters personal growth and empowers individuals to embrace their strength and resilience.

Our studio offers both reformer and mat pilates classes, catering to individuals of all fitness levels and experience. Whether you are a beginner looking to try pilates for the first time or an advanced practitioner seeking to deepen your practise, we have classes that will suit your needs.

To ensure a seamless booking experience, we utilise a user-friendly booking system called Studio Bookings. You can access this system on your desktop by visiting https://studiobookingsonline. Com/glowuppilates or by downloading the Studio Bookings App from your app store (iPhone) or Google play (Android). Simply register an account and search for Glow Up Pilates to book your desired classes.

Our class schedule is designed to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. We offer a Winter Schedule that includes All Level Reformer classes at 6 am, 9:30 am, and 5:45 pm on different days of the week, as well as weekend sessions at 7 am on Saturdays.

To provide flexibility and affordability, we offer different pricing and membership plans. Our Casual option allows you to pay per class at $29, while our Bundle options provide packages of 5 classes for $125 or 10 classes for $250, valid for 1 month or 3 months, respectively. We also offer flow, grow, and glow memberships, ranging from $48 to $88 per week, allowing you to attend 2, 3, or 4 classes per week, respectively. Please note that all memberships have a 2-month minimum contract and cancellations within 12 hours are considered no-shows.
