The classes offered at Glow Club are diverse and cater to various fitness interests and levels. In the Glow Club class, you will experience the fun and energy of a dance fitness party in a dark room with UV lights, glowsticks, and top tunes. Zumba Fitness is the original dance fitness party and is perfect for burning calories while having fun. Rockbox Fitness combines punching, kicking, and drumsticks to classic and modern rock and indie tunes for a stress-busting therapy session.
Indoor Bootcamp focuses on cardio and strength training in a supportive atmosphere where you are encouraged to work at your own pace. Total Tone Body Bar is a low impact toning class that targets all problem areas using a weighted bar and bodyweight exercises. Zumba Gold offers all the fun of Zumba Fitness but in a low impact version suitable for those new to exercise or recovering from injury.
