Sensei Ben has a stellar karate journey that started in 1997. He trained with top instructors and even repped England in major competitions. By 2006, he moved to Glasgow and started his own academy, which has since thrived. Training sessions happen at the Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre:
- **Tuesdays:** 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Ages 6+)
- **Thursdays:** Classes for students aged 13+
- **Sundays:** Competition Squad 9:00 am - 10:00 am, followed by classes for various age groups
