I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and with a background in dance and gymnastics, exercise has been a constant presence in my life. I joined G & J Fitness as a member looking to take my training to the next level and found a supportive and encouraging community that helped me achieve my goals.
As a coach, I bring my expertise in dance-inspired workouts and high-intensity interval training to create dynamic and energetic sessions.
