DanceFit Saltburn is a dynamic dance fitness programme led by the energetic Estelle Reed in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, UK. Estelle is passionate about helping everyone, no matter their ability, achieve fitness through dance. DanceFit Saltburn offers a variety of dance fitness classes for adults 16 and over, including Zumba Gold, Spirals, Fit & Fabulous, and Psalms & Stretches.
Classes are held in different venues around Saltburn-by-the-Sea, ensuring they are convenient and accessible. You can join any class at any time, as Estelle demonstrates adaptations for all abilities, making it a welcoming space for everyone. The classes are on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis, so you can enjoy flexibility in attending.
Booking and payment are easy through the DanceFit Saltburn website. Regular attendees will benefit from increased fitness, better health, and a boost in mood and energy.
