Gina Rubinsky, Psychologist, is a seasoned practitioner in Montreal West. With a background in psychology, meditation, and yoga, Gina offers a holistic approach to wellness and personal transformation. She is dedicated to providing mindfulness-based stress reduction programs, psychotherapy, meditation, and other services to help clients enhance their well-being, manage stress, and achieve balance in their lives.

Living Arts, Gina's practice in Montreal, aims to offer guidance, resources, and practices to support individuals facing the challenges of modern society. Gina was the first to introduce The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) in Quebec in 2000, and has been consistently running the program since then. This program helps individuals develop the skills needed to manage stress, pain, and illness, as well as deepen their mindfulness meditation practice.

Gina also offers professional trainings for wellness and stress reduction, leading teams through mindfulness and meditation principles to cope with everyday stress and maintain optimal performance. Her mindfulness-based psychotherapy sessions provide support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, chronic pain, and low self-esteem. Sessions are currently conducted via video conferencing or phone to ensure safe conditions during the pandemic.
