All classes are suitable for everyone, from beginners to intermediates. The drop-in rate is £8 per class, or you can purchase a 6-class pass for £7 each. The pass is valid for four months and can be used across all venues and classes.

Gimmie Yoga Dunfermline, led by experienced instructor Mark Townsend, also offers special events and workshops. These include the “Rest and Reset” event at Zilda Holistic Therapies on January 20th, the “Something Holistic” event featuring Face Yoga and QiGong on February 17th, and a 2-hour Hot Yoga session on March 2nd. Mark aims to help students build physical and mental strength while providing a space for relaxation. He teaches Chilled Out Hatha and Yin Yoga, focusing on mindful movement and relaxation. Mark believes in creating a supportive community where students can come together and enjoy some “me time”.

Beyond regular classes, Gimmie Yoga Dunfermline hosts special events like curry nights, breakfast clubs, yoga socials with vegan cakes and tea, and even campouts. These events help students connect and strengthen the Gimmie Yoga community.
