For those interested in joining our classes, we offer a regular class timetable that encompasses multiple days and venues. You can find us at Whissendine Village Hall on Mondays at 10:30 am, Stamford Yoga Studio on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm, R3form Studio in Castor on Wednesdays at 12:45 pm and 7:15 pm, and Cedar Centre in Castor on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. Private lesson slots are also available at other times, simply message us for further details.
