Pilates is a method of body conditioning that works from the inside out, conditioning the entire body from head to toe. It is a low-impact approach that is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. With concentration and understanding of how the body works, better results can be achieved in a shorter amount of time.
At Gently Fit Pilates, the focus is on proper body alignment, core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Pilates helps individuals develop a strong and stable core, improve posture and alignment, increase flexibility, and build long, lean muscles.
The studio offers a variety of classes, including Pure Pilates, Weight and Pilates, and classes specifically designed for beginners, individuals returning to exercise, those undergoing rehabilitation, and postnatal individuals (with consent from a GP).
