For juniors aged 8 to 16 years old, the academy offers a free first session every Sunday from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. This session introduces kids to the world of professional wrestling in a fun and safe way, providing them with 90 minutes of wrestling training.
Adults aged 17 and above can participate in the wrestling training sessions every Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. These sessions are designed to develop all the required skills to become a professional wrestler and last for 2 hours. The cost for adults is 20. 00 per session.

Wrestling training takes place at the TKO Kickboxing Club, which is conveniently located in the Powerhub Business Centre in the centre of Maidstone. Free parking is available at the TKO Kickboxing Club. The academy is easily accessible, with Maidstone West National Rail Station and Maidstone East both being within a short distance.
For training sessions, the academy has two groups. The juniors train from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, while the adults train from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. It is recommended that individuals arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the training session to ensure a prompt start.
Age limits apply to the training sessions. The sessions for adults are open to individuals who are 17 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to review and sign health and liability disclaimers.
