Gemma Wickert Yoga is a qualified yoga instructor based in Hythe, Kent. With years of personal yoga practise and a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga with others, Gemma decided to become a certified yoga teacher. She trained with Cat Kabira in Bali and holds qualifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Gemma is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and refining her teaching skills to provide the most relevant and up-to-date yoga instruction.
Gemma's teaching approach encompasses a blend of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation to help students relax, unwind, and restore their mind, body, and soul. She offers a variety of yoga practises to suit different lifestyles, including private one-to-one sessions in the comfort of your own home, group classes in Hythe and surrounding villages (both outdoors and indoors), as well as live and online or on-demand content. It's important to note that outdoor classes are weather dependent.

The classes are affordably priced at 5 for an hour and a half, thanks to funding from Age UK.
