Geelong Little Athletics Centre (GLAC) is the go-to place for all things Little Athletics in Geelong. Established back in 1964, this club has been providing top-notch athletics training and exciting competitions for young athletes aged between 5 and 16 years.
Now, I know you're probably wondering when the next action-packed season will kick off, so listen up! The summer Track and Field (T & F) season for 2023-24 is set to begin on the 7th of October, 2023. It's going to be an absolute blast, filled with thrilling races, high jumps, and all the athletic excitement you can handle.
But wait, there's more! While we've already wrapped up our Cross Country events for 2023, don't you worry, they'll be back in full swing at the end of April 2024. So mark your calendars because you won't want to miss out on the heart-pounding action of those races.
Now, to get in on all this athletic goodness, you'll need to register with the Geelong Little Athletics Centre Inc. It's a simple process. Remember, our Track & Field competitions take place every Saturday morning, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, starting in October and going all the way until March. And when it comes to Cross Country, we hit the trails on Saturday afternoons at different locations throughout Geelong, from April to August.
