The gym’s timetable is packed with options like Family Kung Fu, Kids Beginners Sparring, Fitness Blast, and Adults Kung Fu. There’s even a Little Dragons Kung Fu class for kids aged 4 to 7, which introduces them to kung fu and kickboxing in a playful and spirited way. These sessions focus on building confidence, coordination, and discipline through games and drills.
