Gareth's professional journey also led him to become the Fitness Co-Ordinator for Silverseas Cruise ships at the age of 22. During his time onboard, he conducted personal training sessions, pilates and yoga classes, provided massage services, and held seminars. These experiences have shaped Gareth's expertise and allow him to offer a diverse range of services to his clients.
