In Alex's Hatha Yoga classes, it's all about creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone, no matter your yoga background. Yoga here isn't just about stretching – it's a blend of moving, breathing, and meditating for your overall wellbeing. Alex focuses on getting the posture right, building strength, and being mindful. Your body's needs come first, it's a personal journey with no room for competition or judgement.

Alex also brings the calming powers of Reiki to both humans and animals. Reiki is all about relaxation and stress-busting, using gentle touches or hands hovering over the body to balance your energy. Alex even offers a special twist with Equine Reiki, dedicated to helping horses feel their best.

Living in Yorkshire? You’re in luck! Alex travels around the area offering mobile Reiki services to bring some healing vibes to you and your equine friends.

Alex’s passion for holistic therapies started young, seeing their amazing effects firsthand. A qualified Reiki therapist since 2008 and specialising in Equine Reiki since 2016, Alex’s journey also includes a rigorous 500-hour Level 4 Yoga Teaching Training Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga.
