Gary Adams, the principal instructor, boasts a distinguished career. He holds a 6th Dan Black Belt in Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate affiliated with the IOGKF. Remarkably, he is the youngest 6th Dan within the organisation globally. With 31 years of training and 21 years of teaching experience, including international stints, he is also an accomplished tournament fighter with numerous accolades.
