At Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre, you'll find a top-notch gym, a health suite, swimming pools, and dedicated fitness studios. The gym’s open from 6.30am to 9.45pm Monday to Wednesday, 6.30am to 8.00pm Thursday and Friday, and 8.00am to 3.45pm on weekends. The health suite follows similar hours.

The centre ensures accessibility with ramps, wheelchair access, disabled parking, and special amenities for hearing impairments. Guide dogs are welcome.
Starting April 2024, Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre will undergo a transformation with Fife Council and Fife Cultural Trust. Expect an upgraded gym, new fitness studios, revamped health suite, and a revamped Synthetic Turf Pitch by late Autumn 2025.
