Our junior coaching programme at Fundamental Tennis Academy is designed to introduce children to the sport of tennis in a fun and engaging way. Our experienced coaches focus on teaching the fundamental skills of tennis, such as forehand, backhand, serving, and volley shots. The programme is structured to help players develop their technique, footwork, and overall understanding of the game. We offer programmes for beginners as well as more advanced players, with opportunities to progress into our selective and performance programmes.

At Fundamental Tennis Academy, we offer the ANZ Hot Shots programme, which caters to children aged 4 to 12 years old. This programme uses modified equipment and tailored lesson plans to ensure that children learn tennis at an appropriate level for their age and ability. Through fun exercises and interactive games, children will learn the basics of tennis while developing their coordination, balance, and motor skills.

For older junior players who are looking to take their game to the next level, we offer a Teens Tennis Performance programme. This programme is designed for players aged 13 to 18 years old who have a passion for tennis and a desire to compete at a higher level. Looking for a fun and sociable way to stay fit? Our Cardio Tennis classes are the perfect option. Led by our qualified coaches and accompanied by energising music, Cardio Tennis is a fast-paced interval training workout that combines tennis drills with cardiovascular exercises. You'll get to hit lots of tennis balls while getting an intense cardio workout.
