Their group classes are all about inclusivity and having a good time. Dive into FUNdamental S & C (strength and conditioning) with the only StrongFirst Level 2 kettlebell instructor in East Yorkshire, or take part in FunFit Outdoors, which offers strength-based circuit training for all levels.
Expect something different each session, keeping things exciting and fresh. The studio gym is decked out with everything you need – from squat racks and kettlebells to barbells and free weights – ensuring your workouts are both effective and safe. If you prefer the great outdoors, join the sessions in Brandesburton and enjoy a variety of exercises.
And here’s the deal - Outdoor FunFit sessions are just £7 each, with strength and conditioning group classes at £10. Personal 1:1 sessions are available at £40 for those looking for that extra bit of guidance.
Classes run every Wednesday at 9:30am at Dacre Lakeside Park in Brandesburton, and the S&C class at 7:00pm in the Long Riston studio gym. There’s also a Thursday evening class at 6:00pm in the same studio gym.
