He coached the Ladies team at The Royal Hague Golf Club to victory in the 2012 national championship after a 16-year winless drought. He has also coached the Senior men's team to victory and guided the Dutch team to a 5th place finish in the Ladies European Championship.

Alongside his playing and coaching experience, Greg has pursued continuous professional development to further enhance his skills as an instructor. He has attended seminars by renowned professionals such as Andrew Rice and Dr. Jim Suttie. Greg is also a qualified Gravity Fit Level 1 & 2 instructor and has received training in teaching and club fitting with Flightscope.
