In 2012, I decided to establish Full Flow Fitness – Pilates and Personal Training, Cardiff, with the vision of providing a holistic approach to health and wellness. Our founder, Mark Chatterton, has a strong background in health and fitness. Graduating from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a degree in Leisure and Sport management, Mark went on to gain qualifications in Personal Training and became a Master Trainer in corrective exercise with exercise management for Low back pain. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Mark has honed his expertise in Pilates, resistance training, and nutrition coaching.
