In 2012, I decided to establish Full Flow Fitness – Pilates and Personal Training, Cardiff, with the vision of providing a holistic approach to health and wellness. At Full Flow Fitness, we believe that everyone deserves to be happy and healthy, regardless of their weight or appearance. Our focus is on injury rehabilitation through movement and nutrition, and we offer a personalised approach to help you achieve your goals.
Our services are based on the principles of Pilates, as developed by Joseph Pilates. These principles include breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow. By incorporating these principles into our classes and personal training sessions, we help you move better, get stronger, improve your health, and live pain-free.

Our founder, Mark Chatterton, has a strong background in health and fitness. Graduating from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a degree in Leisure and Sport management, Mark went on to gain qualifications in Personal Training and became a Master Trainer in corrective exercise with exercise management for Low back pain. With years of experience in the fitness industry, Mark has honed his expertise in Pilates, resistance training, and nutrition coaching.
