The 1:1 sessions provide a unique and highly-personalised approach, allowing clients to work across various studio equipment to develop their Pilates practise and understand how it can enhance their everyday life. An initial taster session is available, during which clients can meet Laura, discuss their goals, and try out the equipment. Commitment and focus are emphasised for optimal results, requiring clients to commit to a block of 3 or 10 sessions after the taster session.
Ongoing support and guidance are provided throughout the sessions to ensure progress and goal achievement.
For those who prefer to work out with a friend or partner, the 2:1 sessions offer a fun and interactive option. Alongside the individualised attention and customised workouts, working out with a partner adds motivation, accountability, and the possibility of healthy competition.
