Fresh Holistic Health

Fresh Holistic Health is a sports club located in Sunshine Coast Regional, offering a wide range of health services and wellness programmes. With a focus on positive wellness and achieving optimal health, the club aims to prevent diseases and promote positive mental and emotional states.

The club follows the Holistic Health Model, which views health in terms of the whole person rather than just specific body parts or environmental conditions. They prioritise self-healing, maintaining health, and preventing illness, rather than solely treating symptoms and diseases. By promoting a healthy environment and following a programme of positive wellness, they believe individuals can be free of disease.

At Fresh Holistic Health, their vision for achieving positive wellness is through Integrative Medicine, which combines conventional and natural/complementary medicines, along with lifestyle interventions and a holistic approach. They aim to use the most appropriate, safe, and evidence-based modalities available.

The sports club offers a comprehensive suite of health services, including doctors, naturopathy, counselling, remedial massage, osteopathy, reiki, physiotherapy, and studio infrared sauna. They also provide career opportunities and host various upcoming events and workshops.

Fresh Holistic Health also offers venue hire services, with two stunning function spaces that can be rented independently or as one large space. The Studio is a large sun-filled area with solid bamboo floors and high ceilings, suitable for studio sessions, conferences, workshops, film nights, fundraisers, and private events. It features a 120” projector screen, HD AV projector, surround sound PA, wireless microphone, yoga mats, and can accommodate up to 60 people. The Demonstration Kitchen is another space available for hire, ideal for cooking demonstrations and workshops.
