Our dedicated team at Freedom Yoga are passionate about bringing the ancient teachings of Yoga to the forefront of Health & Wellness Worldwide. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve the supreme state of freedom through aligning the mind, body, and soul through various yogic practices. Founded in 1999, Freedom Yoga is officially recognized by Yoga Alliance and has been serving the Canadian community by providing yoga teacher training and daily classes open to everyone.
At Freedom Yoga, we believe in creating a community that walks and breathes a yoga-lifestyle. We invite you to explore the possibilities of joining our yoga family and experiencing the transformational power of yoga. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we offer classes suitable for all levels with a focus on freedom and teacher training.
In addition to our classes, Freedom Yoga has also established a school in India where over 600 children receive their education every year. We are committed to creating a positive impact on the community and are in the process of establishing a new Freedom Yoga Centre in Brampton. Your support will go towards purchasing a building for the centre, where we aim to provide a range of services including lifestyle coaching, food and nutritional counselling, Satsang/Kirtan, and yogic philosophy.
