Are you the owner of Free2Move?

Free2Move is a sports club located in Perth, Australia. Specialising in physiotherapy, the club offers relief and treatment options for individuals with chronic pain caused by injury, disease, or ageing. With a team of highly trained physiotherapists, Free2Move ensures that its members receive top-notch care and personalised treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
At Free2Move, members have the option to book private assessments or consultations either in-person or via Telehealth. The club prioritises the safety and security of its members by providing medical-grade security for online consultations. Whether it's manual therapy, Feldenkrais exercise, rehabilitation, or ergonomics and occupational health, the physiotherapists at Free2Move are dedicated to helping members achieve their health goals.
Feldenkrais and Pilates are two key components of Free2Move's approach to promoting good movement and postural awareness. By re-training the body and brain, led by experienced physiotherapists and practitioners of Feldenkrais and Pilates, members can effectively manage and alleviate pain. These classes are offered in small focus groups to ensure individual attention and guidance.
Upon joining Free2Move, members undergo an initial assessment consultation where their condition and goals are thoroughly evaluated. Depending on the findings, a series of one-on-one consultations may be recommended. These consultations take place in the privacy of Free2Move's consultation room and utilise various physiotherapy techniques, including soft tissue techniques, massage, joint mobilisation, and tools such as ultrasound machines, low level laser therapy, and dry needling.
Free2Move understands that some members may require regular one-on-one treatment or multiple consultations. In such cases, family members can attend if necessary, and special accommodations can be made. At the end of the initial consultation, a way forward is agreed upon, which may include further individual consultations, small group rehab sessions, or floor classes. Members who progress well may have the opportunity to join the Independent Exercise Rehab Programme.
The goal of Free2Move is to enhance the quality of life for its members through customised training and treatment programmes. To support member education, the club's chief physiotherapist, Jodie Krantz, has created a comprehensive library of articles, videos, and audio in the Health Resources menu. Members can easily access this resource to research their conditions and health goals.
Free2Move prioritises the health and wellbeing of its members above all else. The club can be contacted through various channels, including Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, their website, or email. The dedicated staff at Free2Move is committed to providing exceptional care and services to help members achieve their desired level of health and mobility.
