During this taster session, you will have the opportunity to delve into the incredible benefits of pregnancy yoga and how it can support you throughout your second and third trimester. Even if you're completely new to yoga, fret not! This gentle practice is perfect for beginners, and we wholeheartedly welcome everyone. All you need to bring is your own mat, a bottle of water, something cosy to wear for relaxation, and if you fancy, a little snack for that extra boost!
Pregnancy yoga is not only a fantastic way to keep your body moving, but it can also help alleviate any discomfort you may be experiencing and help you bond with your baby. It can improve your sleep and provide you with some precious personal time for yourself. Our taster session will cover important aspects such as breath work for labour, labour positions, and most importantly, create a safe platform for discussing and exploring all your thoughts and questions related to pregnancy and birth.
