Fox and Flow Yoga

Hello and welcome to Fox and Flow Yoga, a yoga studio located in Tonbridge, New Zealand. Founded by Emily Fox, a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, Fox and Flow Yoga offers a wide range of services to cater to all levels and needs.

Emily specialises in teaching Vinyasa Flow, which is a modern style of yoga derived from the Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyangar, and viniyoga systems. Vinyasa Flow focuses on linking poses together through choreographed movements and breath, creating a moving meditation that allows practitioners to deepen their practise and generate heat in the body.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Fox and Flow Yoga has something for everyone. Emily offers group classes, private lessons, and events such as corporate sessions, hen do's, and well-being events. Group classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 8-9pm at The John Banks Hall in Marden, Kent. The cost is 7 per class or 35 for a group booking of 5, and drop-ins are also available for 8.

Private lessons are tailored to individual needs and can be scheduled at a time convenient for you.

Emily's passion for yoga stems from her own personal journey. She has been practising yoga for 17 years and found a deep connexion with Ashtanga yoga early on, thanks to her background in gymnastics and dancing. Yoga not only transformed her physical body but also provided a mental “break” and a sense of peace in her life. As a mother of three children and a part-time NHS worker, Emily understands the demands of modern-day society and aims to help others find balance and clarity through her classes.

At Fox and Flow Yoga, the focus goes beyond physical fitness. Emily's goal is to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where students can find peace and a sense of fulfilment. Through the challenge of the practise, she hopes to inspire her students to live each day with meaning and clarity.
