Four Week Parent & Baby Yoga Course

Nurture Saddleworth Yoga & Therapy Centre, a popular Yoga club in Oldham, is excited to present the Four Week Parent & Baby Yoga Course. This course offers a wonderful opportunity for mothers and their babies to experience the ancient traditions of Yoga, while reaping numerous benefits.

During this interactive routine, parents will engage with their babies, guiding them through carefully developed movements that are gentle and beneficial for their delicate bodies. Through gentle stretching of the limbs and practice of correct breathing, parents will not only help their babies improve muscle tone and pelvic floor strength, but also enhance their overall fitness.

But that's not all! Baby Yoga has a wide range of advantages. It is known to enhance speech, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, and even the immune system. Moreover, it teaches breathing techniques that contribute to a sense of calmness for both parent and baby. The Four Week Parent & Baby Yoga Course runs for, you guessed it, four weeks! Each session is designed to be comprehensive, fun, and easy to follow for both mum and baby. To add to the enjoyment, there will be a relaxation part at the end of each yoga session, followed by a delightful story and song. We have also arranged for gentle music, songs, and bubbles to make each session even more enjoyable and memorable.
