This module serves as a pre-requisite for all other modules in the full Yoga Therapy training course. However, graduates of their diploma level teacher training course have the opportunity to receive Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) credit, exempting them from completing the entire module as a pre-requisite. Similarly, graduates of other teacher training courses that cover one-to-one yoga may also apply for RPL.
By participating in this module, participants can earn CPD points equivalent to 100 hours from Yoga Australia. Whether taken as a standalone professional development program or as part of the complete Yoga Therapy Training Course qualification, this module is a valuable investment in furthering one's yoga journey. To register for this unit, a minimum of 350 hours of teacher training or the equivalent of Level 1 Yoga Australia membership is required. Assessment will be based on competency.
