The Foundations Acro Intensive at Performance Dance Academy is the perfect opportunity for dancers looking to enhance their skills in strength and flexibility. Participants in this intensive program will be engaged in activities that focus on active flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling. It's important for dancers to have a good understanding of fundamental acro skills and be able to support their own body weight. This program is ideal for Acro level 2-4 or Company Acro A dancers who are working towards mastering skills like the back walkover.
The program will run from July 2nd to July 5th, 2024, with classes scheduled from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day. The tuition cost for this program is $225.00 plus HST, and there are additional dates available in August for those who are interested.
