Performance Dance Academy invites dancers aged 6 and above to join the Foundations Acro Intensive program. This program is tailored to enhance active flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, tumbling, and goal achievement for participants who already have previous acro experience.
Participants joining this intensive program must be able to maintain focus during the 3-hour sessions and have a good grasp of foundational skills like fall to bridge, recovery, balances, and cartwheels. This program is recommended for Acro levels 2-4 or Company Acro, with the exception of dancers who are unable to perform a back walkover.
The sessions will take place from July 2nd to July 5th in the afternoon, priced at $225.00 plus HST. For those unable to join the July session, a later session is available from August 6th to August 9th at a reduced rate of $215.00 plus HST. Please note that any withdrawals made less than 7 days before the session will result in forfeiture of fees.
