Foundation YTT ONLINE & CORNWALL is excited to announce a transformative and fun yoga teacher training course. Accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals, the next course starts in March 2024. Whether you prefer online or in-person training, we've got you covered. You can complete the entire course online or choose to participate in both online and in-person sessions at the Ananta Yoga Studio in Newquay, Cornwall.
Over the course of 8 months, we offer a mix of live training weekends (online or in-person), monthly live classes and workshops (online), on-demand self-study modules and classes (online), and a dedicated online course community space. We believe in personalised support and feedback, so you can expect ongoing guidance from our experienced trainers. Plus, you'll have access to all course content through our training portal even after completing the course.

Led by Senior Yoga Teacher and approved Yoga Alliance Professionals Trainer Pro Amy Jones and co-tutor Jane Craddick, our course is backed by their combined 40 years of teaching experience. We're thrilled to have guest teachers, such as Nathalie Wilhelm from Live Love Yoga, who specialises in arm balances and chair yoga. Our guest teachers will also share their valuable insights on teaching and running a successful yoga business.
While our course primarily focuses on vinyasa yoga traditions, we also incorporate softer hatha and yin practices. We believe in the power of intuitive movement and want everyone to enjoy yoga, regardless of specific styles or body shapes. Our aim is to empower all participants to thrive and deepen their own practice while sharing the joy of yoga with others.
