I offer a range of classes, from gentle flows to yin yoga, all aimed at releasing stress, improving mobility, and finding inner peace. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, my classes cater to all levels and abilities.
In addition to group classes, I also offer private sessions for a more personalized experience, as well as corporate classes, lunch & learns, and workshops for businesses looking to promote employee wellness. My goal is to make yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of their background or experience.
I believe in creating a welcoming and supportive environment in my classes, where everyone can feel comfortable and encouraged to explore their practice. My teaching style is compassionate and inclusive, with a focus on mindfulness and breath work to help students find balance and peace both on and off the mat.
