Andr's journey into functional fitness began during his time in the Fire Service, where he had the opportunity to compete alongside Sam Briggs, the winner of the 2013 CrossFit Games. Inspired by Sam's passion and the transformative power of functional fitness, Andr set out to open the first Form Box. Since then, Form has become a thriving community and a place where people can not only improve their physical fitness, but also find a sense of purpose and belonging.
The flagship programme at Form is CrossFit, which originated at one of the first CrossFit affiliates in the region, CrossFit West Yorkshire.
