Fondation Poorna-Jnana Yoga Inc is a Yoga retreat centre and Meditation centre located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Led by the guidance of Instructor Simhananda, this non-profit organization is dedicated to promoting spiritual advancement and self-knowledge. The name Poorna-Jnana Yoga, derived from Sanskrit, translates to “the union of spirit with matter through the path of knowledge”.
