Located on 229 Fitzgerald Ave in Christchurch, next to Little Poms, Flow Yoga is part of Flow Wellbeing, a wellness hub created for the local community. Our purpose-built facilities house not only Flow Yoga but also Flow Therapeutics, Opti-Mum Antenatal, Hansa Yoga Therapy, consultation rooms, and four studios for other wellbeing-focused practises.
Within our Earth studio, we offer rejuvenating classes that focus on relieving tension, stress, and immobility. The studio is designed to create a nurturing environment that encourages a comforting reset. The temperature is set between 24-26C, providing a neutral and balanced atmosphere for your practise.
For those who prefer a heated environment, our Fire studio is perfect. With temperatures ranging from 36-38C, this studio encourages a detoxifying sweat that facilitates a deep and effective full-body practise. We have state-of-the-art heating systems that maintain optimal humidity, creating a balance between dry and moist conditions for your health and comfort.
In addition to our yoga classes, Flow Wellbeing is home to Flow Therapeutics, where our clinicians, therapists, and wellness experts provide personal wellbeing services, education workshops, teacher trainings, 1:1 client sessions, and unique movement classes to support your overall wellbeing.
At Flow Yoga, our owners, teachers, and therapists share a genuine passion for health and wellness that comes from the heart. We believe in the power of community and strive to create a welcoming and supportive space for everyone who walks through our doors.
To book a class, we recommend using the FlowHotYoga app or our online booking system. Bookings are available 48 hours in advance and close 15 minutes prior to the class starting. If you are unable to attend a class you booked, we have an easy online process to unbook yourself and avoid being charged.
