Strength Foundations once and then you can join any Strength & Co session you like. Pole Dance & Fitness: If you are interested in our Pole Dance & Fitness sessions, we recommend starting with our Intro to Pole session. In this session, you will learn the basic moves and techniques to build a foundation in pole dance. From there, you can progress to our regular pole dance classes and explore different styles and levels.
Pilates: For our Pilates sessions, no prior experience is required. We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through the movements and help you improve your strength, flexibility, and posture. Myofascial Release: Our Myofascial Release sessions focus on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and prehab.
These sessions utilise techniques such as foam rolling and stretching to release tension in your muscles and promote better movement. Acro, Inversions & Play: If you're interested in getting upside down and exploring acrobatics, our Acro, Inversions & Play class is perfect for you. This class is dedicated to teaching you the skills and techniques to confidently execute handstands, headstands, and other balance-related movements.
