Freya's Pilates club, located in Shrewsbury, is thrilled to offer an exciting Pilates event that is sure to interest all you Pilates enthusiasts out there. Held at the Oxon Church Hall, this event will provide group classes in both Beginner and Intermediate Pilates, led by our expert Flexibility Coach.
For those looking to dip their toes into the world of Pilates, our Beginner class is the perfect place to start. Running from 6pm to 7pm on Wednesdays, this class will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Pilates and help you develop a solid foundation. On the other hand, if you're already familiar with the basics, our Intermediate Pilates class from 7.15pm to 8.15pm will challenge and push you further in your Pilates journey.
Starting from Wednesday, 28th February, these group classes will follow the highly effective BASI Flow™ Style. This approach emphasises the importance of smooth and flowing movements, ensuring you transition seamlessly between exercises. In just one hour a week, you'll experience carefully designed workouts that will not only transform your body but also improve your overall wellbeing.
If you're new to Pilates or have specific health concerns, we recommend booking a 30-60 minute assessment with Flexibility Coach before joining a group class. They will be more than happy to discuss the booking and payment process with you, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have.
While we hope you'll be able to commit to the full 6-week block of classes, we understand that life can throw curveballs at us sometimes. If you need to cancel your block booking, you can do so up to one week before the first class. Unfortunately, any cancellations made after that will not be refunded. However, if you happen to miss a class, you have the option to attend another class on a different day during the same block, as long as there is space available. We kindly request that you give at least two hours notice of cancellation to allow someone else to take your place as a catch-up.
Before embarking on any new exercise regime, it's always essential to consult with your GP or medical practitioner to ensure it's suitable for you. While BASI Pilates is generally safe, there is always a risk of injury in any form of exercise. Therefore, it's crucial for individuals to listen to their bodies and inform the instructor of any discomfort or unusual experiences during or between classes.
We understand that everyone's situations and circumstances can be unique. If you encounter any difficulties in your class or have any difficulties preventing you from attending, please don't hesitate to reach out to Flexibility Coach for assistance and support. They are here to help you make the most of your Pilates journey and ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible.
So mark your calendars, Pilates lovers! Join Freya's Pilates club for this amazing 6-week block of group classes starting Wednesday, 28th February. Enhance your flexibility, strengthen your body, and boost your overall wellbeing with the power of Pilates. We can't wait to see you there!
