At Flamstead – The Pilates Workshop, we offer a variety of Pilates classes throughout the week. Our classes include Group Pilates Matwork, Small Group Reformer classes, Yoga, Adult Ballet, and private 1-2-1 sessions utilising equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Whatever your fitness goals or interests may be, we have a class that will help you achieve them.
Pilates is suitable for everyone, regardless of their size, age, or shape. Whether you're looking to reset your system, recharge your body, kickstart your morning, or wind down for the night, our Pilates classes will ensure that you get the very best from your body movement.
