Welcome to Flamstead – The Pilates Workshop, an award-winning Pilates studio located in St Albans. Our mission is to make Pilates and its associated benefits accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we have a range of classes and services to suit your individual needs.
At Flamstead – The Pilates Workshop, we offer a variety of Pilates classes throughout the week. Our classes include Group Pilates Matwork, Small Group Reformer classes, Yoga, Adult Ballet, and private 1-2-1 sessions utilising equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Whatever your fitness goals or interests may be, we have a class that will help you achieve them.
Pilates is suitable for everyone, regardless of their size, age, or shape. Whether you're looking to reset your system, recharge your body, kickstart your morning, or wind down for the night, our Pilates classes will ensure that you get the very best from your body movement. We believe that Pilates is an inclusive practise that can benefit everyone.
