Fit Women Bayside is a physical fitness programme located in Elwood, Australia, specifically designed for women. The programme focuses on postnatal training and offers mother and baby fitness classes. Fit Women Bayside is founded and run by Kristel Grey, a certified fitness trainer with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness – Master Trainer, as well as additional studies in Pregnancy and Postnatal Training, Pilates, and Nutrition.

As a mother herself, Kristel understands the challenges and importance of maintaining health and fitness while juggling the responsibilities of motherhood. She believes that health and fitness are crucial foundations to a happy life and aims to provide an opportunity for mums to come together in a supportive environment.

The fitness classes offered vary from week to week, ensuring a full-body workout. Kristel is also hands-on with the babies, offering assistance and cuddles whenever needed, allowing mums to fully engage in their workout.

Fit Women Bayside provides a flexible class timetable to accommodate different schedules. The classes are held on Tuesday mornings from 9:15-10:30 am, with a flexi-start option between 9:15-9:45 am. Thursday classes run from 10:15-11 am, and Saturday classes run from 8:30-9:30 am, with a flexi-start option between 8:30-8:45 am. The classes take place at 51 Broadway, Elwood, with parking available on Broadway and nearby side streets.

In addition to group classes, Fit Women Bayside also offers mobile personal training sessions. These sessions are designed to fit into the individual's schedule, whether it's around their baby, toddler, or kids routine. It allows mums to workout at home while their baby sleeps or go at their own pace in their own space. Mobile personal training sessions can be held at the individual's house or a local park/outdoor location within the Bayside area, covering locations from St Kilda to Caulfield to Hampton and everywhere in between.

The programme offers 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 personal training sessions, with the option to share the cost and keep each other motivated and accountable.

Fit Women Bayside offers various pricing options to suit different needs. For group classes, a casual class costs $20, with a discounted rate of $15 for Elwood Playgroup Members. A 5 Class Pass is available for $90 with no expiry, and Elwood Playgroup Members can purchase the pass for $70.
