Meet our team at Fitstop North Perth! Jack Burrell, our manager, has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 4 years and has a particular passion for HIIT and endurance training. Amy Rush, another experienced trainer, has worked as an FTF Coach and Online PT, specialising in RDLs and bench press. Dennis Tawhiti is our go-to trainer for correct and efficient lifting, with over 10 years of experience in the industry.
Kym Jaeger, with 2 years of experience, is dedicated to motivating members and delivering enjoyable sessions with correct technique.

Our sessions include elements of progressive overload and functional strength, using compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility.
