Led by Manager Sarah Ient, who has a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, the team brings diverse skills and extensive knowledge to the gym. Sarah's background in personal training and pilates, along with her passion for group fitness, makes her a valuable asset to the Fitstop Innaloo community.
Trainer Kirbie Jones is another highly experienced member of the team. With over five years of experience as a group fitness trainer and personal training business owner, Kirbie has a strong passion for health and fitness. Her aim at Fitstop Innaloo is to build a community where members feel safe, supported, and empowered, coming together to feel strong and proud of their fitness achievements.
Juliette Long, another dedicated trainer, joined the Fitstop Innaloo team in 2022. Her genuine enthusiasm and focus on encouraging and driving members to reach their full potential create a super fun and engaging class environment. Outside of work, Juliette enjoys spending time at the beach and practising yoga, further enhancing her holistic approach to fitness.
Trainer Shaniya Byron brings a wealth of knowledge to the Fitstop Innaloo community through her six years of coaching experience. With expertise in group fitness, pilates, boxing, personal training, and aerobics, Shaniya is passionate about helping people connect with their bodies and find joy in movement. Known for her infectious laughter and love for trying new activities, Shaniya is dedicated to challenging herself and her clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Born in Perth and raised in Scotland, trainer Alex Winch is a full-time high school teacher with degrees in Education and Sports Science. Balancing his teaching career with coaching at Fitstop Innaloo, Alex has a strong background in various sports, including rugby, rowing, Muay Thai, and triathlon. His extensive athletic experience and passion for fitness make him an excellent motivator and ally in helping members achieve their goals.
Lastly, trainer Adrian Allen, originally from Ireland, brings his enthusiasm for health and fitness to the Fitstop Innaloo community. With over seven years of coaching experience, Adrian has travelled and coached in destinations such as Phuket, Dubai, Bali, and Perth. Drawing from his international coaching experiences, Adrian's expertise adds depth and diversity to the gym.
