

FitSteps with Tracey is a dance school and physical fitness programme located in Isle of Mull, New Zealand. Led by experienced instructor Tracey Kirkby, FitSteps offers a unique combination of dance and fitness techniques to help people get fit, lose weight, tone up, and have fun in the process.
FitSteps was developed by dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from “Strictly Come Dancing” and Mark Foster, a former Strictly contestant and fitness expert. By combining the best known and most popular Latin and Ballroom dances with proven fitness techniques, they have created a programme that delivers fast fitness results while also being enjoyable.
In addition to the traditional FitSteps classes, FitSteps with Tracey also offers FAB, another dance exercise class that explores different dance styles and allows participants to take things at a slightly slower pace. For those who may be unable to participate in traditional dance classes, FitSteps Chair is available as a seated dance class.
Classes are held on various days and times, with a timetable available for reference. FitSteps with Tracey welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and abilities.
