Additionally, Mel works with runners to improve performance and reduce the chance of injury, assists individuals with back pain to ease symptoms and strengthen the back, and helps improve the health of clients with conditions such as hypertension, depression, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, and post-surgery recovery. She also offers functional fitness training for all ages to improve performance in everyday tasks and provides nutrition and weight loss guidance.
